Just Follow then step which is given below

1. At First Log your Spy id in Browser Tab

2. Put traget user name in target id text box and click on PHOTO-HUB

3. After get target user's photos then click More action , which photo you wanna give Like/Dislike vote.

4. Then click on Like / Dislike Button.

Warning : Before use Like or Dislike vote , make sure that target user's profile privacy is public. Otherwise sometimes software cant collect target user's photo code.

         

          Never use Like / Dislike at a time , It may suspend your multi ids account.
